Each participant coming to the Conference pays a registration fee in the amount of 8,000 ₽ (rubles) upon registration. The registration fee for foreign participants can be paid in cash at the registration desk.

The registration fee includes publication of abstracts of the report (publishing costs in the amount of 5,000 ₽); set of conference materials, depreciation expense of premises and of the use of equipment; organization of coffee breaks and dinner-buffet (in the first day of the Conference).

Transportation, accommodation and meals are at the expense of the participants.

Accompanying persons must be registered to the Conference.

All reports are being peer reviwed by the program committee of the Conference. The accepted reports will be included in the book of Proceedings of the ICMBB Conference.

The article should be written in accordance with ICMBB rules. The standard article should be at least 3 and no more than 6 A4 pages long.
