Flora of vascular plants in the Central European Russia

Internet version of the database was developed in 2004 and includes a list of 2365 vascular plants occurred in the Moscow and adjacent regions. Species names and their taxonomy are given according to Cherepanov (1995). Some species traits are listed by reports of various authors. Original ecological-coenotic classification of species is presented.

The species list includes vascular plants which occurred in the following regions of the Central European Russia: the Moscow, Smolensk, Tver, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Ryazan, Tula, Kaluga and Bryansk regions.

Floristic reviews and check-lists of the regions and Nature Reserves therein available at the date of the database development (1995) were taken as the literary sources of the data.
